Skin Nerds
Skin · Routines · Hormones · Nutrition A community for women, by a woman who's been there

Real answers. Natural approaches. You're not alone.

Breakouts, dull skin, acne, oily skin, uneven texture, redness, scars, clogged pores, skin that never feels calm, and nothing helps. I've been there. In my experience, there is no single product that suddenly makes your skin perfect. Several factors have to work together, and that's what I share here, in a community of women who support each other along the way.

Women who have walked this path with us

"Within five months, my skin completely transformed."
Lisa, 24
Read Lisa's story

My skin has always been my biggest struggle. I've been dealing with skin problems for years and was always told that my acne was hormonal and that there was nothing I could do about it. My breakouts were so painful that even washing my face hurt. It felt like every time one pimple started to heal, another one would come up. But then I started approaching things differently. I learned how to add more anti-inflammatory foods to my diet and realized how important it is to have a skincare routine tailored specifically to my skin's needs. And within five months, my skin completely transformed.

"Nothing seemed to help, until I finally found the root cause."

Multiple dermatologists. Countless skincare products and supplements. So much time wasted, and nothing seemed to help. Until I finally found the root cause and discovered which vitamins my body was lacking.

"No more TikTok trends. Just real changes that worked."
Kiana, 22
Read Kiana's story

After spending a fortune on skincare and trying every TikTok trend, I had almost lost all hope. But then I finally started healing my acne naturally by changing my lifestyle, improving my gut health, making better food choices and learning how to manage my blood sugar spikes. (P.S. I don't even break out during my period anymore.)

Individual experiences vary and are not a guarantee of results.

2What I offer

Three things I wish I'd had

Your personal plan

I look at your skin and your lifestyle, and you fill out a short questionnaire. We talk about where you are right now, and I share what I think might be behind your skin struggles. Then we put together a 1:1 plan built around your routine, based on exactly what I would do in your place. And you can message me anytime with any question.

Everything I've learned

Everything I've learned over the years about clear skin, nutrition, hormones, daily routines and much more, summed up and organized so it's easy to follow. My goal isn't just to share how I turned my skin around. I want to make you a real Skin Nerd, so you can learn years of knowledge in a short time and apply it to yourself.

Tap a topic to learn more.

A community that gets it

A private Telegram group and a safe space for women with the same struggles, and for women who have already found their way through. Every day, we share our experiences and our journeys, the ups and the downs. And I'm right there with you, answering questions, sharing what I'm doing and cheering you on along the way.

3My story

I know how lonely it feels when nothing works.

Why I do this

For me, it all started with breakouts. But my skin isn't the only reason I do this. Bad skin comes with so much more. I never felt comfortable in my own body, and I never felt truly understood. I felt like no doctor could help me, as if my problem was somehow different from everyone else's. I was close to losing hope.

Today I know that so many women are going through exactly the same thing. That's why I want to build a community where we help and support each other. I want to share everything I've learned with as many women as possible, so the empty promises and misleading advice finally come to an end.

And I want this to be a place where every woman can share her own experience and hear what other women think about it.

How it started

  1. 1

    Nutrition Science at Oregon State

After high school I studied how food affects the body. It gave me the basics, but not the answers I needed for myself.

  2. 2

Years of struggling with my skin

Expensive products, every new trend, one cream after another. My skin affected everything: how I felt, how I saw myself, even whether I wanted to go out. I realized this wasn't just about pimples.

  3. 3

    Finding what worked for me

I focused only on natural approaches: food, routines, and a few carefully chosen supplements. Slowly I started feeling like myself again.

  4. 4

    Friends, then friends of friends

My friends noticed the change in my skin and asked what I was doing. Then their friends started asking too. It kept growing from there.

  5. 5

    Social media and this community

I started sharing online so more women could find this, and built one place where we can support each other.

Questions

What women usually ask me first

Something missing? Ask me in the community or send me a message on Instagram.

I've tried everything already. Why would this be different?

I can't promise results, and anyone who does should make you careful. There's no magic product here that suddenly solves everything. Instead, we look at all the factors that matter for your skin together. Your plan is built around you, and you're not doing it alone. Women in the community share what worked, what didn't, and how long it took.

Why not just sell the information? Why a community?

Because I know what it's like to have tons of information but no women around you who are on the same journey, or who have already made it through.

Nothing is more motivating than seeing real progress from women with the same struggles as you. The community helps you stay consistent until you reach your goal, even when you don't see changes right away.

If you really want to help, why isn't it free?

Nobody has asked me this yet, but I often ask myself, so I want to give you an honest answer.

I put a lot of my personal time into this. I want to answer your messages as soon as I can, and I'm in the community every day to keep you updated and help you get back on track when something isn't working.

I also never earn money from any product or supplement I recommend. Your membership is what makes that possible. It keeps me independent, so I can tell you what actually works instead of what pays. I hope you understand ❤️

Do I have to buy expensive supplements or products?

No. Food and daily routines come first. I will never earn money from any supplement or product I mention. I only recommend what I personally use and believe in, and none of it is expensive. Clear skin shouldn't cost a fortune. In the end, you decide if anything is right for you.

How does my personal plan work?

After you join, you fill out a short questionnaire and share a few photos of your skin. Then we talk about your lifestyle, your routine and what bothers you most. Based on that, I put together a 1:1 plan with exactly what I would do in your place. After that, you can message me anytime with questions.

How much time does this take each day?

Honestly, time isn't the problem. Most changes are small and fit easily into your normal day, like how you build your breakfast or your evening routine.

The real challenge is staying consistent, even on the days when you don't see changes yet. That's exactly where the community helps: you're not doing it alone, and you can read and join conversations whenever you like.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No. It's not about eating perfectly, it's about eating the right things. Most changes are simple swaps you can easily keep up, and you don't have to give up everything you love.

Do I have to share photos or post in the group?

No. You can simply read along and only share what you're comfortable with.

For your personal plan, you send your photos only to me privately. They're never shared in the group or anywhere else.

What happens right after I pay?

You're taken straight to our Telegram bot. It gives you access to the community, the library and your personal questionnaire, so we can start working on your plan.

Do I need Telegram?

Yes. Telegram is free for iPhone, Android and desktop, and setting it up takes about two minutes.

I'm still on the pill or thinking about stopping. Is this for me?

Yes, you're welcome. For many women, skin problems show up after coming off the pill, and that's exactly what happened to me too. I have a lot to share about it from my own experience.

Please talk to your doctor before you stop. The community can help you prepare for this phase and hear what other women went through.

I stopped the pill years ago. Is it too late?

Many members came off the pill a long time ago and still felt off. Everyone's situation is different, and in your personal plan we look at where you are today, not when you stopped.

I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or have a diagnosed condition. Can I join?

You can join the community, but please check with your doctor before trying anything you read, especially supplements.

Is my information private?

The community is private and only for members. What you share with me privately stays between us. Please only share in the group what you're comfortable with.

Is Emily a doctor?

No. I have a degree in Nutrition Science, but I'm not a doctor, gynecologist or registered dietitian. I share my own experience and what I learned along the way. Nothing in the community replaces medical advice.

Should I stop seeing my doctor or stop my medication?

Please don't. Keep working with your doctor, and talk to them before changing medication or adding supplements. Many members bring what they learn here to their appointments.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, in a few clicks through the billing link in your Stripe receipt. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.
